Space Reports are pre-curated in the folders below based on your role:
Department Space Administrator Reports
This folder contains 9 different reports that allow administrators to view space profiles and manage space allocations. Access is automatically provisioned to anyone who has a administrative role for a space department in FIM (Tririga), and you will only be able to run the reports for your designated department(s). Additional details are provided in the link below.
Supervisor Space Reports
This folder contains 2 space reports that present the key aspects of space allocations and employee work arrangements, and you will only be able to run the reports for your designated employee(s). Access is automatically granted to anyone with at least 1 direct report. Additional details are provided in the link below.
HR Space Reports
This folder contains 2 space reports that present the key aspects of space allocations and employee work arrangements. Access is automatically provisioned to anyone with a primary role in the Human Resources function. Check out additional details below.
Expanded View Space Reports
This folder contains 10 different space reports that include larger combinations of space data. These reports can be run for any space department in the organization. For this reason, access is granted by special request with a justified business need and supervisor confirmation. Additional details are provided in the link below.

Fall Space Review | Dashboard to help departments complete their Fall Space Review. There are 5 unique steps that must be completed, and each step has directions at the top of its section in the report.
